Greentec is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our team administratively
Your keen eye for detail and strength in organizing people and things; your understanding of sales processes, your computer skills & social media savvy; combined with your education and background in either customer service, marketing or sales make you the ideal candidate!
In this important role, your primary function will focus on supporting the Sales Team and the President with research, clerical and administrative tasks including but not limited to: scheduling sales appointments, managing calendars, coordinating sales opportunities, leads, sales meetings; arranging travel, marketing projects, completing reports and presentations, proposals, quotes and agreements.

We’re Hiring Inside Sales Associates
We are currently looking for associates who want to advance their careers by joining our sales team in Cambridge, Ontario. We are committed to investing in your future by training you in sales and professional skills that will serve you at Greentec and beyond. Depending on performance, our inside sales associates are promoted to account executives within 18 months.
You will be responsible for supporting the sales efforts of your team including sourcing, establishing, and building relationships with corporate executives and company owners over the phone and by e-mail.
You will be responsible for researching and identifying new client opportunities, presenting our services to prospects and clients to increase awareness of our brand, using our CRM to track and map client accounts and working to drive adoption and usage of our services.
This position may be a good fit for you, if you:
have superior verbal and written communication skills and sound great on the phone.
have prior success introducing your company to key decision makers in client firms.
You excel at conversation, rapport building and scheduling meetings and calls
You have excellent listening and questioning skills, are equally comfortable calling existing accounts and potential new accounts, and are confident, articulate and motivated to achieve mutually agreed upon goals.
Experience calling and getting through to senior executives and company owners is helpful but not required.
Knowledge of IT, technology, business services, or waste and recycling is helpful but not required. We offer a competitive sales compensation plan including base salary, commissions and benefits.
