We are currently seeking a Customer Service Associate for our Cambridge, Ontario facility.
This opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial-oriented culture, will allow the successful candidate to influence and drive Customer Service improvements hands on in a collaborative and fast paced environment.
You will work cohesively with Sales, Logistics and Operations – managing customer requests for agreements, services, reports and/or issues.
You will provide your customer support leadership to help coordinate services, deal with issues & concerns and maintain overall Customer Service Department objectives with orders and contracts.
Qualifications & Knowledge:
2-3 years’ experience working in Customer Service.
College Diploma or University degree in Business.
Leadership experience is considered an asset
Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced changing environment.
Exceptional listening skills. Ability to demonstrate patience and empathy while maintaining professionalism.
Demonstrate solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Command strong organizational and follow through skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

We’re Hiring Inside Sales Representatives
We are currently looking for a confident and compelling communicator to join our sales team and grow our solutions. If you want to advance your sales career, you’ve come to the right place. We are committed to investing in your future development by training you in professional sales skills that will serve you at Greentec and beyond.
Depending on performance, our inside sales associates are promoted to account executives within 18 months.
You will be responsible for researching and developing new sales opportunities, presenting our solutions to prospective clients and using our CRM to drive usage of our services.
This position can be a good fit for you, if you:
have prior success calling and reaching decision makers
are confident, articulate and motivated to achieve sales goals
have excellent listening and questioning skills
excel at building relationships
have excellent verbal and written communication
Experience with business services, consulting, consumables, technology, office products, or IT is helpful but not required. Knowledge of IT and business services is also helpful but not required.
